In a world where access and security can make all the difference, Phil and Debs, a husband and wife team, understand the challenges families face. Their journey began when a loved one returned home from heart surgery needing ongoing care. Managing access to the Key Safe during this critical time turned into a daunting task. Codes were either forgotten, out-of-date, or simply didn’t reach those who needed them most. They realized how important it was that family and friends could seamlessly help in emergencies, giving peace of mind that access would always be available.

Driven by their personal experience, Phil, an MBA with a background in software architecture, and Debs, a retail and customer services expert, decided to create Key-Master. They knew that everyone deserves a little more peace of mind, especially in critical moments of need. So, they designed a solution—a service that allows families to securely manage their Key Safe codes in one centralised location. With a simple QR code linked to their system, friends and family can access the Key Safe without needing to share or memorize codes, ensuring quick entry when time matters the most.

Phil and Debs have poured their hearts into this project, keeping families at the forefront of their mission. In a test phase, with just a handful of customers, the early feedback indicated that their innovative solution was hitting the mark. Phil and Debs are dedicated to refining their service to ensure seamless access during emergencies, allowing other families to avoid the same stress they experienced.
