| Do all Services have Emergency Access? | No | Only the Family & Emergency Service supports Emergency Access. |
| Is the Service data encrypted? | Yes | Yes, your Service, Manager and Family & Friends details are all encrypted. |
| Are these Services anonymous? | Yes | Yes, all Services are anonymous. We don't know who you are, or what your Sticker is for and only Family & Friends can access your Service. |
| Can anyone scan the QR code and see the secret information? | No | Only the trusted individuals you've granted access to during your sticker setup can retrieve the secret information. |
| Next of Kin Notifications | Text | Next of Kin are always notified by Text Message to maximise the chances of them receiving the notification prompt. Warning This functionality depends on the remaining Text Message Credit of your Service. |
| How many Emergency Access Attempts are included? | Unlimited | Essentially unlimited attempts, however if Next of Kin are notified, it uses Text Message Credit, so make sure you keep that topped up! |

| Are QR code stickers included? | Yes | We send you a sticker pack unique with your own QR code and URL |
| Can the QR Code Stickers go outside? | Yes | Absolutely, the QR code stickers are designed to be durable and weatherproof. They're UV stable and we guarantee them for 4 years and they should last much longer. |
| Do I need an account? | No | You don't require an account at all on Key-Master, it helps keeps things simple and secure. |
| Do I get E-mail notifications? | Yes | Both services support email notifications, and Managers are always notified by email. |
| Can I add Text Message Credit | Yes | Yes, you can add Text Message Credit to your service at any time. At the moment, the way to add Text Message Credit is to contact us via e-mail with your Secret Alias ID and the amount of Credit you would like to add. |
