Introduction

Welcome to Key-Master. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

In these Terms and Conditions, references to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Empath Magna LTD, a company registered in the UK with company number 15801751 and registered office at 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Key-Master is a trading name of Empath Magna LTD.


User Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct individuals have access to your Service.
  2. You agree not to misuse the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  3. You acknowledge that we provide access as a convenience, and we are not responsible for issues arising from outages, incorrect setup, or unauthorized access.

Service Duration and Expiry

  1. Services are active for 1 year from creation unless otherwise specified.
  2. Before a Service is disabled, you will receive a notification and have the opportunity to renew the Service, subject to a renewal fee.
  3. Once a Service is disabled, it will remain in our system for a 30-day archive period, during which it can be re-activated upon request.
  4. After the 30-day archive period, the Service will be permanently removed from our system and cannot be recovered.

Service Description

Our services provides a secure way to share a key safe code with authorized individuals. The service is offered as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.


Service Availability & Liability

  1. We strive to maintain uptime, but we do not guarantee the service will be available at all times.
  2. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or incidents resulting from the use of Key-Master.
  3. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of Service data.

Emergency Services Disclaimer

  1. If you choose to share your key safe code access with emergency services, you acknowledge that this feature is provided for your convenience.
  2. We are not responsible for any access failures, delays, or issues arising from service outages.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that emergency responders can access your property if needed.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is enough Text Message credit available for the emergency services to use.
Warning If the Text Message Credit runs out for either Service, then the Next of Kin method of access will not work.

Data Security & Privacy

  1. We take privacy seriously. All contact details are either encrypted or hashed.
  2. The Key Safe data is encrypted in such a way that even we can not access it.
  3. We do not sell any user information to third parties.

Internet Connectivity Disclaimer

  1. Access to a Service, requires a stable internet or cellular data connection.
  2. Installation or usage of these services in areas with limited or no connectivity may result in an inability to access the information.
  3. We accepts no responsibility for any loss, delay, personal harm, or health impact resulting from failure of service arising from lack of mobile signal, data coverage, or internet access.
  4. It is the responsibility of the owner (Service Manager) to ensure that the intended installation location is suitable for internet-connected use.

Text Message Credit Disclaimer

  1. For services that support text message notifications, we accept no responsibility for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from the unavailability of Text Message notifications due to insufficient Text Message credit.
  2. It is solely the responsibility of the owner (Service Manager) to ensure that adequate Text Message credit is maintained to meet their notification requirements.
  3. No guarantees are provided for e-mail or text message delivery as these rely on external services which are outside our control.

GDPR Compliance

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users based in the UK and EU have the following rights regarding their personal data:

  1. Right to Access - You can request a copy of your personal data.
  2. Right to Rectification - You can correct or update inaccurate data.
  3. Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”) - You can request that we delete your data.
  4. Right to Restrict Processing - You can request limited use of your data.
  5. Right to Data Portability - You can request your data in a structured format.
  6. Right to Object - You can opt out of processing based on legitimate interest.
